Report a Correction

How a correction is handled

If a date on this site doesn’t match what your state or territory’s education department currently publishes, please report it using the form below. Here’s what happens after you submit it:

1. You tell us the state and year, the date currently shown on our page, and the official source showing a different date.
2. We check that official source directly.
3. If it confirms a change, we update our underlying dataset for that state and year.
4. We rebuild every page and calendar download affected by that change, not just the one page you reported.
5. We update that page’s “last updated” verification date to reflect the recheck.

We keep a simple internal log of corrections so changes can be traced back to the source that prompted them.
